Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant about your portfolio, and let it record scores for you, straight from a conversation. The assistant connects to your Maturo workspace through the Maturo MCP server, with your permission, and sees exactly what you see.

Before you start. API and MCP access is switched on per workspace. If your workspace does not have it yet, ask us at [email protected]. Owner admins and analysts can connect; company accounts cannot.

The address

Every assistant asks for the same thing: the address of the server.

Connect in three steps

1. Add Maturo to your assistant. Open your assistant's settings for connectors (sometimes called integrations or apps) and add a custom connector. Name it Maturo and paste the address above. Your assistant's help pages show where that setting is; on a company plan, your administrator may need to allow it first.
2. Sign in. The assistant opens a Maturo page. Enter your work email and click the link we send you. Open it on the same device and in the same browser, and you come straight back.
3. Approve. The next page shows which app is asking, which workspace it will reach and where access goes. Reading your portfolio is always included. Tick Add companies and record scores only if you want the assistant to write. Click Allow, and you are connected.

How scores from an assistant are treated

• They are always Analyst-scored, and marked as coming from a connected app. Audit-verified scores come only from a Maturo audit.
• One Analyst assessment per company per calendar quarter, as in the app. To correct one, the assistant must say it is replacing it, and good assistants ask you first.
• They stay inside your workspace and do not feed the anonymous peer benchmark, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
• Fair-use limits per workspace per day: 200 recorded assessments and 100 new companies. Reading is not limited beyond normal use.
• Check what an assistant drafts before it is recorded: AI output can be wrong.

Disconnecting

Owner admins see every connected app in the workspace under Settings → Connected apps in Maturo, and can disconnect any of them. You can also remove Maturo in your assistant's settings. Removing a user from the workspace disconnects their apps too. A connection that is not used for 90 days ends by itself.

Your data

The assistant receives only what it asks for within your permissions, and only while it is connected. You choose the assistant, so its provider handles that data under your agreement with them, not ours. The details are in clauses 7.5 to 7.11 of the terms of service and clause 2.6 of the data processing agreement.

If something does not work

• "Cannot connect yet". API and MCP access is not switched on for your workspace, or your account is a company account. Ask your Maturo admin, or us.
• The sign-in link opened the Maturo app instead of finishing. It was opened in another browser or device. Start connecting again from your assistant and open the link where you started.
• The assistant can read but not record scores. You connected without write permission. Disconnect, connect again, and tick Add companies and record scores.
• Anything else: [email protected].

For developers

• MCP over Streamable HTTP at https://app.maturo.io/mcp, protocol versions 2026-07-28, 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18 and 2025-03-26.
• OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256). Scopes maturo:read and maturo:write; a call that needs write without it gets 403 insufficient_scope. Access tokens last an hour; refresh tokens rotate.
• Client registration through Client ID Metadata Documents or dynamic registration at /oauth/register.
• Discovery: protected resource metadata, authorization server metadata, the MCP server card and the API catalog. Step-by-step instructions for agents are in auth.md.
• A plain REST API with keys, for your own systems, is available on request.

Stel Claude, ChatGPT of een andere AI-assistent vragen over je portfolio en laat hem scores voor je vastleggen, direct vanuit een gesprek. De assistent koppelt met jouw toestemming aan je Maturo-werkruimte via de Maturo MCP-server, en ziet precies wat jij ziet.

Voor je begint. API- en MCP-toegang zetten we per werkruimte aan. Heeft jouw werkruimte die nog niet, vraag het dan via [email protected]. Owner admins en analisten kunnen koppelen; bedrijfsaccounts niet.

Het adres

Elke assistent vraagt om hetzelfde: het adres van de server.

Koppelen in drie stappen

1. Voeg Maturo toe aan je assistent. Open in je assistent de instellingen voor connectors (soms integraties of apps genoemd) en voeg een eigen connector toe. Noem hem Maturo en plak het adres hierboven. De helppagina's van je assistent laten zien waar die instelling zit; bij een bedrijfsabonnement moet je beheerder het soms eerst toestaan.
2. Log in. De assistent opent een Maturo-pagina. Vul je zakelijke e-mailadres in en klik op de link die we je sturen. Open hem op hetzelfde apparaat en in dezelfde browser, dan kom je direct terug.
3. Geef toestemming. De volgende pagina laat zien welke app het vraagt, bij welke werkruimte hij komt en waar de toegang naartoe gaat. Je portfolio lezen zit er altijd in. Vink Add companies and record scores alleen aan als de assistent mag schrijven (de pagina is Engelstalig). Klik op Allow en je bent gekoppeld.

Hoe scores van een assistent meetellen

• Ze zijn altijd Analyst-scored en gemarkeerd als afkomstig van een gekoppelde app. Audit-verified scores komen alleen uit een Maturo-audit.
• Eén Analyst-beoordeling per bedrijf per kalenderkwartaal, net als in de app. Om er een te corrigeren moet de assistent aangeven dat hij hem vervangt; een goede assistent vraagt jou eerst.
• Ze blijven binnen je werkruimte en tellen niet mee in de anonieme peer benchmark, tenzij we iets anders met je hebben afgesproken.
• Fair-use-limieten per werkruimte per dag: 200 vastgelegde beoordelingen en 100 nieuwe bedrijven. Lezen is niet beperkt buiten normaal gebruik.
• Controleer wat een assistent voorstelt voordat het wordt vastgelegd: AI kan zich vergissen.

Ontkoppelen

Owner admins zien elke gekoppelde app van de werkruimte onder Settings → Connected apps in Maturo, en kunnen elke app ontkoppelen. Je kunt Maturo ook verwijderen in de instellingen van je assistent. Wie uit de werkruimte wordt verwijderd, verliest ook zijn koppelingen. Een koppeling die 90 dagen niet wordt gebruikt, vervalt vanzelf.

Je gegevens

De assistent krijgt alleen wat hij vraagt binnen jouw toestemming, en alleen zolang hij gekoppeld is. Jij kiest de assistent, dus de aanbieder verwerkt die gegevens onder jouw afspraken met hen, niet de onze. De details staan in artikel 7.5 tot en met 7.11 van de algemene voorwaarden en artikel 2.6 van de verwerkersovereenkomst (Engelstalig).

Als iets niet werkt

• "Cannot connect yet". API- en MCP-toegang staat niet aan voor je werkruimte, of je hebt een bedrijfsaccount. Vraag het je Maturo-admin, of ons.
• De inloglink opende de Maturo-app in plaats van de koppeling af te ronden. Hij is in een andere browser of op een ander apparaat geopend. Begin opnieuw vanuit je assistent en open de link waar je begon.
• De assistent kan lezen maar geen scores vastleggen. Je hebt gekoppeld zonder schrijfrechten. Ontkoppel, koppel opnieuw en vink Add companies and record scores aan.
